I charge £2.95 UK P&P for orders under £20, and £3.95 UK P&P for orders over £20. Occasionally items will need to be sent as a small parcel and will need to be priced accordingly - this be be shown at the checkout before you pay. If you spend over £75 delivery is free within the UK.

Currently I do not ship outside of the U.K, if you do require shipping to another country please message and I will let you know if I can ship to you. It is your responsibility to pay any import duties, and to check that the item you are ordering can be shipped to your country. Sadly due to new GSPR regulations covering EU countries, I can no longer ship my products to the EU, Including Ireland.

My items are almost always made to order, and making times will always be shown on a banner at the top of the website. If you need to receive something for a specific date please let me know straight away by replying to your order confirmation email - I will try my hardest to get it to you on time. 

Please do bear in mind when waiting for your order that everything you see on my website is handmade from scratch by just one person, and as with all good things, this takes time. I'm so grateful for your patience so I can make sure your order is perfect before it leaves me.
