Refunds Policy

My products are made to order, and as such cannot be cancelled once work has begun (usually within 24 hours of payment being received). Please be sure to read the description and ask any questions prior to ordering.

Returns are not accepted unless and item is considered faulty, in which case it will usually be repaired or replaced. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Formerly 'Distance Selling Regulations') which applies to sales of goods or services to consumers without face-to-face contact.

Personalised items are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have any queries on receipt of your item. My makes are checked carefully and always made to a very high standard, however if you feel something is not up to scratch I would always rather know so I can put it right for you.
